The staff are excellent, the hotel is lovely and with amazing location right by the river, Lake Garda and the historic centre of Verona. The breakfasts are tasty with ham and really good coffee.

Great location overlooking river and adjacent to the train station, and bus stops. Fantastic and absolutely perfect room, a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the room.

New-fashioned rooms complete with kitchen and all the modern comforts, as for instance, very amiable and excellent staff. The location is quiet and perfectly comfortable and they have parking in a garage nearby.

The warm welcome from Serena was notable, along with her helpful tips marked clearly on a map. The location is a huge plus, just a five-minute walk over a picturesque bridge to the city center. I wished for more accessible seating in common areas and noticed the shower drain was slightly blocked . All in all, a comfortable stay with a charming atmosphere and good restaurants nearby.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with Super clean bathrooms and lots of personal touches, made my stay enjoyable, as well as a fantastic location just 3 km from the main train station allowing easy access to explore the city.
